Regardless of the season that you're in, and whether your babies are big, small or not earth side... yet, this time in your life deserves to be captured by something other than your iPhone. Family sessions were born from past wedding couples asking me to document their growing families and now I just can't get enough!
We love creating photos to remind families that in spite of the fact that the car of their floor is covered in cereal, their laundry room looks like an episode of hoarders and mom and dad are in a permanent state of exhaustion, their love and their story are beautiful.
So let's plan a day, pick a location that is meaningful to you and create a slew of images that will fill up the frames your walls for years to come.

No one wants to look like a wet dog in their photos so if it looks like it's going to rain, snow, hail or some other weather catastrophe, i'll be in touch via email or phone to reschedule.
What do we do if it rains?

The sooner the better! My weekends tend to fill up pretty quickly - especially during the spring and fall, so the sooner you reach out to me, the more likely you are to get your desired date!
To reserve your date, I'll need a contract as well as a deposit. And if something comes up and you need to change your date, just let me know!
How far in advance should we book?

If picking out outfits for photos is a daunting task for you, you're in luck! I've curated an extensive session style guide with tips for every member of the family!
What should we wear?

Unless you've modeled professionally, you're probably going to feel awkward in front of the camera. Heck, I take photos for a living and I even feel like a deer in the headlights when i'm in front of the camera.
You're going to feel awkward at first, but as the session goes on and we coach you through images, we think you'll find that being photographed can actually be fun. And don't worry about your kids. I am well versed in capturing even the busiest of little ones. I have two children myself so just let them be themselves and I promise the images will be better than you could ever expect!
We're awkward and our kids don't sit still.

Within a few weeks of your session, you'll receive a link to a digital gallery that will allow you to download high resolution images.
At this time we will discuss purchasing prints and even custom 8x8 photo albums!
